Abrupt extremely large traffic lead to negative balances

Hello there,

Can anyone check out my account related to the abnormally large traffic?

I have been using Mudfish for months for FFXIV and I have only used around +10Gb of data.

But for the last 2 days 05-06 July 2025, my traffic has been used around +39Gb within less than 10 hours of using VPN.

05 July: ~22.4GB
06 July: ~16.4GB

I was also watching FFXIV stream on Twitch while turning on VPN. However my Full VPN mode was turned off. So as my understanding, Full VPN mode = Off means watching Twitch or Youtube should not effect my data usages? (My version was v5.17.12)

Please I need some help or at least some clarifications and solutions for this issue.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
