제가 판단하건데 이건 해당 IE11 의 regression 문제이거나, 바이러스 혹은 악성코드가 있어 그럴 수 있을 꺼라 판단됩니다.

음… 먼가 잘못된 듯 합니다. 게임 Insurgency 를 말씀하고 계신 듯 한데요, 해당 게임은 제 기억이 맞다면 미꾸라지에 등록된 적이 없는 게임입니다. P2P 방식의 게임인지는 모르겠습니다만 미꾸라지를 이용한 게임 패킷 덤프 링크를 이용하셔서 패킷 덤프 파일을 보내주실 수 있으시면 제가 처리해 드릴 수 있을 듯 합니다.
