Ahh I’d like to ask. Is the correct IP for the SEA server of Tree of Savior(ToS) configured for it? Cause the Telsiai(SEA) server of ToS still hasn’t moved to Singapore and right now the only thing they have is an echo server that allows players to ping it so they could properly decide if they will be transferring to the server or not. Here’s the IP of the echo server: 52.77.112.61
Here’s where the information came from as well:
https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/how-to-test-your-ping-to-the-eu-and-sea-servers/202132
There will also be an EU server coming up so I guess EU players would like it if you also add it to the ToS Mudfish item :D
Yep, thank you for updating it based on the information so far :D
음… 혹시 패킷 덤프 진행하실 때 Full VPN 모드로 하신 것 맞으시죠? 제가 패킷을 보면 전혀 게임 패킷이 존재하지 않습니다. ㅠ.ㅠ
Thank you for sending this packet dump. However could you please check that this game is P2P (Peer To Peer) based or not? When I checked this packet dump, it seems P2P protocol is used to connect the each game users.
It is indeed P2P. I can make a different packet dump while playing solo if needed. Game have “dedicated” trade and chat servers but party play is p2p based.
The probles is not with high ping. Russian government block a lot of IPs because of Telegram and many games are affected by this. I can’t invite other players in party. Game gives some error about ports 4950 and 4955 being blocked. I checked firewall and router, tried port forwarding - nothing works. But when I enter the game with Mudfish Full VPN - everything is fine.
Weird… As you might know, Mudfish doesn’t support ‘Port Forwarding’ at mudfish nodes. So it means the game client always works as “client” not “server”. Is there any known issue that Russian government blocked UDP port 4950 ~ 4955? It seems they does if Full VPN mode works with this game.
I don’t know for sure, but some people I play with (also from russia) have the same issue. Maybe there is some important IP in the blacklist. Currently there are 3.8 millions IPs blocked (https://usher2.club/en/) Mainly Amazon’s, on which majority of games have their servers.
If I launch the game without VPN, I get error message that leads to this page - https://www.warframe.com/firewall
And yes, everything is good with Full VPN.
