Am trying everything, pings seem okay for some time, but then it’s spiking randomly :(

I’m not sure where you’re accessing from?  Is it from Qatar?  I’m not sure there’s a proper mudfish node for you but if you get a chance, please try to use WinMTR ot pingplotter tools to know which hops causes this spikes.
