Been trying to connect to the US West servers from OCE on Overwatch for an hour now. I keep getting put on the OCE servers. Why am I paying for a service that is not putting me to the region I want it to connect to?
7 hours later and no reply. You guys need to hire more staff because I
am not going to wait 3 days for a reply. Poor customer service.
15 hours and still no reply. Getting ridiculous guys.
