I have a question for the black desert online item is that one for the Korean
version or the Jp version?

When I ran the game It goes through that launcher after hitting start game it sits for a bit and says server disconnect etc. Doing that while looking at the TCPviewer nothing else pops up nor do i see a change.

dns 단에서 막힌 것은 아닌 것 같습니다. 구글 dns(8.8.8.8) 사용하고 있고, nslookup으로 확인 시 address 203.209.152.60 으로 정상적으로 반환됩니다. 또 full-vpn으로 접속 시에는 제대로 접속 되는 것을 확인했습니다.
