Blade and Soul changing characters does not work when changing from other than the first one in the list. Have to shut down game to change. Off line for about 3 weeks please leave me a message.
Which mudfish nodes are tested? According to http://mudfish.net/admin/user/rtt_map link, you should get around 250 ms.
I think “AU Oceania (Brisbane - BinaryLane)” node is back. 
However please let me lease more mudfish nodes at Brisbane. Thank you for your feedback.
Please check http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=165797 link to see your RTT information first. As you can see there’s hugh packet losses to most of mudfish nodes meaning that your current ISP has an issue to communicate with other ISPs. 
Under this environment, I don’t think mudfish can help your ping.
