Hi, regarding the same issue, it still won’t allow me to change from subscription to pay per traffic. I don’t know why
Are you sure that your account is ‘destinyzemi’? When I checked your account, it’s already based on PPT (Pay-Per-Traffic) data plan. Please sign out and in again if it still points that your data plan is Subscription. 
If it’s still same, please show us some screenshot for this problem. Sorry for this inconvenience.
