When I try to login, the Sign In button just shows that it’s loading and “Signing In” but after a few seconds, it reverts back to Sign in.

Are you using Mudfish Cloud VPN v5.5.10? If possible, please check Debugging issue for Mudfish v5 document and test whether there’s a warning or error in Javascript console…
