Did something change? with Bangalore Digital Ocean server i used to get 80-90 ping but now it’s around 280. for LOL Garena Singapore server
203.116.112.142 IP isn’t one which is pingable using PING command but with WinMTR or Pingplotter you can see the route information to this network. I was curious which hops causes this ping spike issues. :-)
Normally it’s related with the international submarine cable issue to save the cost by ISPs. Or it’s under heavy usage of the international lines.
