Do I need multiple accounts for this?

Hi,
Can you tell me how me and my wife can use mudfish at the same time,

We will both be playing blade and soul TW on separate computers at the same time, do we need two mudfish accounts for this or does it work a diffrent way?

Ok thank you, she’s mad a separate account now, she actually switched to the subscription plan by mistake but now it won’t let her switch back.

Any idea how she can fix this please as she wants to be on pay as you go.
