Don’t work with black desert EU…Game and web site are unreachable.

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.

With 1300 MTU it’s work …With 1437 too
With 1450 stop working…
Is there a way to optimize MTU?

PS: i did a test whit the tool you suggest in the error code page:

MTU path scan to google.com (216.58.205.78), ttl=64, limit=48

16 processing - best MSS 1452 (estimated MTU 1480) [pPPPPpPppPpPpPpp]

08 nearest minimum MTU on 172.17.22.40 (3 hops away)

    #1 MSS IN RANGE     1 <==  1451 ==>  1452
    #2 MSS EXCEEDED  1453 <== 14931 ==> 16384

So i don’t know why MTU 1450 don’t work …

:frowning: Not sure why but it depends on your network. However please use 1437 or lower values anyway because this value difference doesn’t make big difference in game experience.
