Full VPN 사용시, 일본 피망 사이트에 액세스가 불가능합니다.  
여러번 아이피를 바꿔서 시도해봐도 마찬가지네요.  
그런데 이상하게도 SoftEther VPN Client Manager 라는 유명 vpn프로그램을 일본으로 지정하고 사용하면 접속이 가능합니다.  
미꾸라지 VPN IP를 일본 피망사가 모두 차단한걸까요?  
미꾸라지로 일본 피망사이트(www.pmang.jp/ )에 접속할 수 있는 방법이 없는지 궁금합니다.

Thank you for sending the packet dump. However do you know which game server location you tried to connect? I’m not sure you’re connecting to Europe (Germany) game server of this game. Please confirm it for me.

I am playing on KenRauhel06, which is listed as EU server. But I am pretty sure L2R is hosted on Amazon (AWS) in United States.

Well, my traffic ran out while i was in full vpn. Guess thanks to Windows Update.
