hello i am having an issue that I have two ISP in the house. One is Telus and one is CIK Telecom. I cannot access mudfish with CIK internet at all but i can do that with Telus no problem. I wonder why would this happened and I want to use CIK internet to access mudfish since it has physical cable for me and it has lower ping.
It’s very wierd… Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test with CIK internet line.
I cannot even open mudfish.net with the CIK internet. Nor can I open the dashboard after I started the client. I have contacted CIK official and they ran some test saying that my IP is blocked by mudfish.net. I believe thats the case as well since if I have tried open mudfish.net with another VPN tool enabled, and it works. I just can’t access mudfish.net with my current CIK IP. I have already emailed my CIK IP address to support@loxch.com. Can you help me check what is going on? Thanks.

Got it. I think this IP you sent me isn’t blocked at mudfish side. And let me ask it to my ISP because they could block it.
