Hello, I set up everything as the manual says, but the vpn doesn’t seem to be working…

I was trying to sign-in to tales.nexon.com which is listed as one of games that are supposed to be supported by this software, but is not logging me in because I’m still “abroad”(outside korea)

I don’t know what’s the problem, and have no idea why
