Hello, today I logged into mudfish and found out that I had a negative credit score of $-3.87 USD, despite putting in money just a few days ago. I have also never turned on Full VPN mode, and have not used Twitch during this time. I only have Overwatch, Blade and Soul, and League of Legends set on in my items.
I just put $9.99 back into the account, as I needed the service ASAP.
First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.
