미꾸라지에서 핑 3 천은 패킷 로스를 뜻합니다. 결국 어떤 중계 서버를 사용하느냐에 따라 결과가 달라질 것으로 보이는데요, 혹시 FAQ-중계 서버 관련 문서를 참조하셔서 중계 서버를 변경하시면서 테스트를 해보셨는지요?
참고로 중계 서버 고급 모드 보다는 기본 모드로 충분히 테스트를 해보시기 바랍니다.
