Hi admin,  
I am living in Vietnam, so if I want to play Black Desert in Japanese Server, I have to use MUSFISH. Usually using JP Asia (Kitakyushu - IDCF) or JP Asia (Tokyo - Sortbank), but ping is too high. It is always between 210-300ms. Many my friends have got this problem too. Do you have any method to help me solve this issue?

Yes, your view is correct totally. I tried TW Asia (Taiwan - Google) → JP Asia (Tokyo - ConoHa 3) or TW Asia (Taiwan - Google) → JP Asia (Tokyo - SoftBank), and ping down to 124ms but I can not login (always fail to connect to server).

If you’re using the server-chain (linking 2 nodes) option, the last node should be one accessible to the game.  JP Asia (Tokyo - ConoHa 3) and JP Asia (Tokyo - SoftBank) is one of nodes?  Also please check Black Desert - Japan link too.
