Hi, can your team confirm if Tree of Savior IP address for SEA is working properly? I tried both VPN and No VPN and I’m still getting the same ping which is (150-170). Thanks. I think this IP info can help I found it on their XML

Please check How do I know if its working? section and check the realtime graph whether it moves like that. And did you try to change a mudfish node to another based on FAQ - Nodes section?
