Hi I do not see an improvement of reduced ping to my guildwars 2 game, are my settings correct? Is your app connecting to my game at all?

Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.

And did you try to use FastConnect mode? Sometimes it could be helpful.
