Hi, i just realize i lost a lot of balance. Checked my traffic realize on 2 JAN 2018 used 19GB with no reason. Please fix it.

First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.

Thanks.I don’t use twitch at all but I do use Amazon EC2 but it only have simple test codes doesn’t have any upload file and server is hosted in amazon server not through my pc. But I haven’t touch the code for 1 month. Around early JAN 2018 I do login because of their error email, everyone also received that error email, I just to double checking my AWS usage for free trial. Mudfish I only run ffxiv with it, I only turn on before the character selection menu, never at launcher where update could happen.

:slight_smile: As you know many other companies also use Amazon EC2. So I don’t point your Amazon EC2 instances at here. For most of cases, accessing the Amazon services happen silently in the network world.
