Hi, I purchased the 2.99 credit 2 days ago and wish to only use this service for Overwatch. I have only played about 2-4 hours of Overwatch since using the service and have negative credit. Sorry, I’m new to PCs so I dont know if this is something on my end or what.
I purchased 30 USD worth of balance now and the service is just not working at all for me. I keep getting east coast games when I want west.
I think your issue could be related with CDN and Mudfish. 
Please check and I’d restored all of your credits.
And please check it’s still same with Full VPN mode enabled though.
My issue fixed itself idk, but now just randomly today stopped working again 
Weird… Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
