Hi, isn’t the speed for subscription VPN capped at 1mbps? Why am I only getting download speed of 100kbps (0.1mbps) ?

It’s ‘1 mega bits per second’. I’m not sure you’re thinking that it’s ‘1 mega bytes per second’. Could you please check it again?

Can you please switch it back to Pay Per Traffic then? Subscription is too slow… Thanks

No problem. I’d changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic) and reset your changable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do again.
