Hi, just wondering why the increased latency to Black Desert - Asia Singapore. Normally around 120 ping, now everything is 200+ is there some outage?

I have the same problem since 10 May 2018. Usually ping 120 but now nearly 300 to FIFA ONLINE Singapore server
