Please double check and fix the route for MU Legend. It has been about nearly 2 weeks until now, i got very high delay by using Mudfish for MU Legend. Also, the route sometime take me to Hokong - Singapore - Game whereas im in Australia.The first 2 weeks were excellent and always get the routes near Australia (aus, sing, Phil, etc).
Moreover,even though it showed as 1.1 (RTT) But i cannot connect to the game if i used those routes which to Hokong, and sometime to Japan … ???..
Furthermore, the routes have become unstable and always lost connection.
When I checked your mudfish logs, I can see the following error messages:
[WARN] MUDEC_00238: Packet loss rate 4.7% to AU Oceania (Sydney - HostHatch)
However I can’t figure out where these losses are from but it seems at least there’s a problem from your desktop to this mudfish node. Did you try to change to another?

Hi, sorry for late reply. I did not changed anything. I just basic using when gaming. That’s why i asked for support. About my PC, i can ensure that everything is good because i tried to connect to Black Desert by using Mudfish and also some other games, everything get good. I can afk whole night without disconnected. Bad Connection always happen with MU Legend. Is that any possible way that the issue related to poor management from Webzen (MU Legend owner).
I’d prefer to Webzen network. Because during the game, so many people get random disconnected as myself too. Also, as i said, when i play Black Desert. The connection very stable. Thanks for support & Happy New Year.
Hi, i’m totally satisfy with the provided service from Mudfish and have already introduced to my friends. Also, Just forget about MU Legend, Webzen is stupid and poor management. Everyone has already quit that game, the same for me. Also, stupid webzen continue ban account without reason. This is my 2nd times my acc got banned without reason. Even though webzen keep saying to ban bots, cheats. But bots run around the server and innocent players got banned. So, i decided to quit that stupid game. The same for most of people.
I do believe the poor connection comes from Webzen, but not Mudfish. Thanks for your great support !
I hope now everything goes well with mudfish. Please let me know if there are any other problems.
