Hi, trying to connect to Tera US West server from restricted region (Hong Kong) and always getting the User Authentication Failed error no matter what settings I try (FastConnect on/off, Full VPN on/off, selecting relevant nodes) - could you please help with correct settings?
Weird… You said that it’s also same with Full VPN mode enabled, right? Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
If it works, please try to use other mudfish US nodes. Sometimes it’s caused by that the game publisher blocks mudfish nodes.
