Hello, I tested my ping to your servers (all of them) and got the “DOWN -1 -1 -1” response for every single server.
Did you test at http://ping.mudfish.net site? Then which IP did you try? Not sure you’d put a ICMP enabled IP address.

Did you check Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn link before? Your problem could be changed depending on which mudfish node you’d picked.
Yeah, I tested my personal public IP hehe, I suppose that doesn’t work then 
As for the nodes… I tried all the Germany and Netherlands (closest to the game server) located ones without chaining, getting very similar results. If I had to compare the experience to anything I’ve had before, it would be when I had to play on 4G in a place with almost no signal, thus having very unstable connection with a bit of packet loss. I checked the FAQ and didn’t find anything that could help the case
Anyway, what I want to say is: the connection I have through mudfish to the ffxiv server is unstable, how do I fix this.
