How could I use/config Mudfish

How could I use/config Mudfish, since Im using the university network.  
It used to work with SoftEther VPN by one provider, but I wonder if i could use Mudfish instead of that one

It seems you already to change default connection protocol to TCP port 443. :-)  Is it still an issue for you?
