How do I connect to Blade & Soul server in North America from my current location (Kuantan, Malaysia)?
Yes it’s normal in a view of mudfish because it doesn’t get any heartbeat from your desktop for 30 minutes. 
Could you please send me Problem Report when this issue happens? I need to look into the internal logs.
