how do i know if this is worki

how do i know if this is working? my in game client is still telling me i am on 350-370 MS. Before and after setting up to 290MS.  
I want to make sure it works before putting credit in this account.

I cant get Mudfish to work.  
Even on another server and i have tried both Full VPN, TCP instead of UDP.  
Fastconnect turned on.   
Is there a guide to actually teach you how to make sure the connect is working? Because I looked through all the documents and troubleshoot, there is no clear instruction on what to do if it doesnt detect your game.

Please check How do I know if its working? section while playing the game with Mudfish.  It should show some traffic graphs depending on the activity of game client.

Also please try to check How to check the basic functionality whether this is fine on your environment.  At least this must work.  If it’s still not working properly, you can send Problem Report for me.

음… 제가 현재 설정을 보시면 2 개의 게임 아이템을 사용하고 계신데, 어떤 게임을 말씀하시는지요? '서버위치’는 게임 서버의 위치를 뜻하고 '중계서버’는 보통 미꾸라지 중계 서버를 뜻합니다. 그리고 중계 서버의 경우, FAQ-중계 서버 관련 섹션을 참고하시면 될 듯 합니다. 그리고 현재 사용하고 계신 ISP 또한 확인해 보셨는지요? 미꾸라지 쪽을 보면 해당 ISP 쪽 부터 굉장히 핑이 좋지 않은 것으로 보입니다.
