I can`t play Tree of Savior (K

I can`t play Tree of Savior (Klaipedia NA server).  
  
I have tried every option of nodes. My issue is that i can log into the server, and log into a character, but after that, on the loading screen, it just stucks at 3/4 of being complete, after a few seconds i get kicked back to the server selection screen.  
  
If i turn off the Tree of Savior item this error stops happening.

블랙스쿼드 정액제 아이템은 신청해서 테스트 해보았는데 핑이 일정하지않고 계속 20~40대를 들쭉날쭉 하는데 따로 설정 같은걸 해주어야 하나요
