I cannot connect Tree of Savior even thought I run tos.exe as admin
still got the same error msg: update/patcher.version.txt (1090)

Something is wrong.  When I checked your account information, I can’t see any traffic exchanges between your desktop and mudfish nodes.  Are you under network firewalls such as at school or company?  
  
Please test How to check the basic functionality with changing Connection Protocols?

No I connected from home without firewall and on DMZ.   
I have read and followed your help page already but nothing is working.   
With Full VPN mode I am still getting direct connection to myip.mudfish.net.   
After altering connection protocals to UDP 10006 and a few reboots it works under Full VPN mode now

I changed back into normal mode and seems only TCP mode work. I will test with the game later tonght.

Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.

EDIT: Could you check 3k ping is still happening?
