hello basic mode is laggy for me i use multiple mode but the traffic consumption is mental so what will happen if i select 2 max node instead of 3 will it consume less traffic? what if i select 4? if its set at 2 is it same as advanced mode? if i set it at 1 will it be same as basic node with better connection? OR is thier any way u can give other plans because i use multinode on daily basis its becoming expensive can u pls start yearly plans
Hello! As explained in our docs, Advanced Mode and Multi Path Mode operate differently.
Since Multi-path mode consumes more traffic, we strongly recommend Basic mode. It works very well if you pick a good node (see FAQ - Nodes).
Decreasing max nodes will reduce your traffic usage. However, setting it to 2 is not exactly the same as Advanced mode, as there are subtle routing differences.

To answer your question, if you set the max nodes to 2 in Multi-Path mode, it will consume up to 3 times more traffic compared to Basic mode. This happens because the Multi-Path mode can establish up to 3 simultaneous connections to maintain the most stable route for you.
