Ive equip battlefield 4 and its not lowering my ping at all. can you please help me. Overwatch is working fine but BF4 doesnt change or lower my ping. I tried every server still doesnt work in Battlefield 4. can i just get a refund and pick a different game?

I’d refunded it into your credit. Please check and let me know if there’s something wrong. However please note that you should use Full VPN mode for Battlefield 4 because there’s punk buster issue.
