The screenshot shows MUDEC_00319: the launcher could not authenticate the saved ID/password. Please sign in at Mudfish Accounts, change the password to a simple letters-and-numbers combination, fully exit Mudfish, then restart the launcher as administrator and sign in again. The 62% stall should clear after authentication. If it persists, send the Status → Process → Core log lines immediately before MUDEC_00319 (hide account details).
