Getting terrible packet loss regardless of RTT score when trying to connect to Blade and Soul China. I had this problem when using mudfish before…but is there anything that can be done about it?

Oh… I see you’re trying to say; it seems you’re pointing RTT graph (and score too). This ping spike and loss of RTT graph comes from a result between each mudfish node and game server. And normally RTT graph represents RTT status for last 1 ~ 2 hours. Yes there are a lot of spikes to China but I think it’s very normal if we’re passing Great Firewall of China.

> Hello,I just noticed that I was switched back to pay per traffic? May I know why?
I didn’t do it (and in fact if you check my “cooldown” to switch mode  you will see that I couldn’t have done it even if I wanted to).
Could you please give me back my Wildstar Sub I paid for? Or at least tell me what happened.

Yes.  According to mudfish logs, it seems your account is fine and didn’t change to pay-per-traffic.

> mmhh… I think tbh that it could be a bug of the client because when I  log in via mudfish.net I see everything as it should be (subscription  and 20 days left)
Also I still have 2.07$ so yeah I’m quite sure it’s just a bug of the cleint (and the 127.0.0.1 thingy).
Maybe I’ll try to update the client to latest version asap.

It could be.  Could you please explicitly log out and sign in again to be reset properly?  I think it might be help your symptom.

If I’m following your problem, this issue is more related with session cache at mudfish web server side because it seems it’s fixed with logging out and signing in again.  I’ll look code more closely.  Thank you for your feedback.
