I assume that you already checked the above link and see reasons. 
Did you try to use other mudfish node rather than “US Central (Dallas, TX - Incero LLC)” node? It seems the connection status between your desktop and mudfish node isn’t stable.
Please check FAQ - Nodes link to know about what’s a better node to use. :-) Also you can see the shortest pathes information at http://mudfish.net/admin/user/rtt_map link too.
