Hello,
I’m really liking MUDFISH so far, very neat and simple to use!
However, I am struggling to get it to work.
First of all, it says I have zero balance. I was a post on the forums from yesterday mentioning everyone gets very small balance to test the program after confirming your email address. I don’t see any balance? Is it invisible?
Regardless of that, I tried to connect to a game (Mabinogi) and it doesn’t seem to be in effect.
The realtime traffic also shown a straight line. (no activity)
Auto configuration is stuck on 10% when I have the item Mabinogi as active, when I delete Mabinogi, it’s 100%.
On the help page everything is fine except the last two:
Private Network test: KR Asia (S. Korea - KT1 IDC) - X
Private Network test: JP Asia (Tokyo - SoftBank) - X
I looked it up and can’t find a solution, what can I do to solve this?
P.S. 2 unrelated questions:
1. Are multiple sessions possible? As in, am I allowed to use the same MUDFISH account on 2 different computers at the same time?
2. I’m trying to understand how the payment structure works… Subscription is cheaper due to its limitation of one game, but pay per traffic is more expensive and allows all games, is this correct?
Thanks in advance.

It seems that there was an issue to add a mudfish credit for your account. I’d manually set it for you. Please test with it.

Oh.. this is normal without mudfish credits because it doesn’t have node information to KR Asia (S. Korea - KT1 IDC) and JP Asia (Tokyo - SoftBank). Please test it again.

Unfortunately no. At this moment only one machine is allowed. However sooner and later it’ll be officially supported.![]()

Yes correct. Depending on your traffic pattern you can pick a proper data plan. For details please see Data Plans.![]()
If there are other questions, please feel free to ask.
First of all sorry for the late reply, I had something to do in between.
I managed to fix the MTU error, there was a solution guide in the Korean version of your error code page on the wiki. I just had to reduce the MTU to 1400.
After playing with a few servers, I can definitely tell MUDFISH is in effect, there’s a different between of them, but it’s not speeding me up at all compared to WTFast.
Do you have any suggestions how to reduce the latency?
I want to try the VPN mode, but I’m afraid it’ll burn down all my credits.
Thank you once more.
I’d added a mudfish test credit for you. Did you try to use FastConnect mode before? I think if it works, it should be better than without it.
