Auto configuration never completes, using the Self-Diagnosis the following are marked with x’s:
Private Network test: KR Asia (S. Korea - KT1 IDC)
Private Network test: JP Asia (Tokyo - SoftBank)
Tried using the help feature but nothing it suggested helped or fixed the problem.
