Tested all settings, but overall performance is worse than with WTFast. Probably that is because how bad my ISP is. Changing UDP to TCP in settings improved situation a little bit but delay is too huge anyway.
I wonder if russian Nodes works correctly? I tried to route it that way: RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft)[220ms] → DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean)[260ms] but in the end it shows, that ping to server with this combination (and any other if using RU nodes) is 1230ms which is even worse than ping to US servers.
I see. According to your configuration, it seems you’re using DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean) and its RTT avg is around 265 ms. Could you please elaborate little bit what RTT was without any VPN or Mudfish?
I just realized that when i am using this
RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft) → DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean)
and trying to login into the game, it says that my ip is russian, not german. But in basic mode it shows correcrly. Don’t know how VPN works but maybe data packets avoiding DE node?
And yeah, if this will not help, probably i have to ask for a refund. Interface and settings are great. Maybe later, when i get proper connection i will use this service again.
It looks that setting up the advanced mode for two mudfish nodes (RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft) → DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean)) failed at some point. Could you please test one thing as follows?
* Please see Quckstart document and equip ‘What’s my IP?’ item.
* At configuration menu of ‘What’s my IP?’ item, set the advanced mode with above two nodes.
* Then save and let Mudfish do the auto-configuration.
After that, please vist http://myip.mudfish.net link. If it’s showingg that “You’re accessing from DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean)”, it means your configuration works well. However if it shows “You’re accessing from RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft)”, it means there is a problem to access to each ndoes for configuration.
According to logs of RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft), yesterday it seems you tried to set up this configuration. And I’d checked your configuration is done without any issues. It looks that this issue is caused by a time gap between when the auto-configuration shows it’s completed and when its server chain is really completed. Could you please refresh http://myip.mudfish.net several times for a minute after that the auto-configuration is completed? At first it’d show that it’s from RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft) but later it could show it’s from DE Europe (Germany - DigitalOcean).
It seems this is a UI inconsistency issue. I need to file a bug for this.
