I trying ur service for GW 2 connection and its work good, but i want to use it for FF 14 connect too. I play at japan server. But best i can get its 255 ms there from your routes and 350ms from my ISP direct connect. Im from Russia and found RU Europe (Moscow - MediaSoft) best for japan connection right now. But there is russian ISP Rostelecom, they have direct route from Russia to Japan.

And u can get about 130ms ping.I used Rostelecom befor but now i change for other ISP and have huge routes problems, to japan especially. Can u add server from they Data Center for ur service? They got good routes to many other games so it could be usefull for other users.
