Does Mudfish work in SKILL Special Force 2 from the US?
Not official support yet. 
However please check Unsupported Games link to play it with Mudfish. If you get a chance to do packet dump, I can register it officially for you.
I’d added the game now based on your packet dump. So now I think you can see more detailed RTT information and scores. Please try to use the maginifier icon which found at the configuration menu of game item. And please refer to FAQ - Nodes link too to pick a better node.

만약 Full VPN 모드로 했을 경우 게임 진행이 제대로 되었다면 해당 문제는 미꾸라지 아이템에 문제가 있다는 것입니다. ㅠ.ㅠ 제 쪽에서도 한번 테스트를 해보고 업데이트드리도록 하겠습니다.
