i was having 70ms max on germany servers but now i have min 82

Did you check with Full VPN mode for testing purpose? Iโm not sure its game server IP is changed or moved.

Iโm not sure what happens on your ISP, but it seems some of routing pathes are changed between your ISP and germany servers. Did you try to use http://pingplotter.com/ before to know which hops make this extra RTT? If you get a chance please test it against mudfish germany servers.
