Is there a way to make Mudfish open using Google Chrome, rather than Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer?
Hi loxch, thanks for the response. I am on Windows 10 and currently Mudfish is launching using Windows Edge instead of my default browser Google Chrome. The reason this is a problem for me is that the Final Fantasy XIV launcher is somehow linked with Edge, and when anything changes with Edge or Internet Explorer, the FFXIV launcher will malfunction and not launch. Unfortunately, I don’t know enough about regedit to find the document that you’re referencing.
Interesting… Because Mudfish Launcher doesn’t affect behaviour of browsers, even if it opens at Windows Edge or Internet Explorer it should not affect behaviour of Fanal Fantasy XIV launcher. For a workaround, please try to use -B option. For details,
1. Check MUDEC_00045 error code workaround about how to set -I option for Mudfish Launcher.
2. Instead of -I option, you can place it with -B option.
When -B option is enabled, Mudfish Launcher doesn’t open the default browser at all. So it means you can manually open Chrome then access to http://127.0.0.1:8282

Sorry for this issue. When you get a chance, please check http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=163992 link for your RTT information. It seems your RTT stddev is relately high to all mudfish nodes even india nodes which are near to your location. Normally it means there’s a issue on your ISP.
