Not sure why I am -32 cents in credit when I have not once been put into the servers I wanted to route to. I am being charged when your service hasn’t worked.
I was also only given 0.01 trial credit which has disappeared.
It might be that you used more traffics with the trial credits.
What trial credits? I had $0.01
I think it’s a trial credit which can be used to use mudfish nodes. If you feel it’s not enough, please let me know.
The 32 cents that I got charged for when I wasn’t even redirected to the NA servers in overwatch should not have been charged to my account. I was already in a negative before I got to use the service.
Got it. Please note that I’d reset your credits to fix this issue. Please check and let me know if there’s a problem.
