Hello i had asked one of the supports to change my ppt to sub , and then i had taken sub for apex and valorant. And today after logging in i suddenly see that my plan has been changed to ppt and i have lost both of my subs ( apex legends with 24 days and valorant with 21 days ), i had not made these changes, please help me recover the subs ;-;

Hello one of the other admins just recovered the subs for me, and everything is fine now. I had made multiple posts with same topic to get attention faster, i am very sorry for my behavior.
