Progress bar has been stuck at 10% for an hour. How do I fix this?

Did you check ‘Status -> Process’ menu to see the core logs? Please check there’s error or warning messages at there if this issue happens again. I guess you can find most of reasons from the core logs.
It happened right after a windows 10 update and then I needed to reinstall the driver from the installation file, but that could just be coincidence.
