We recently had an overload issue with our internal RTT daemon, which likely caused the “Failed to connect RTT Server” error. We have applied a fix for this particular issue today.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if it still gets stuck at 10%!

Did you check ‘Status → Process’ menu to see “Core” log section? Please check if there’s an error or warning message there.

It seems this error might be happening because your Mudfish node is set to ‘Auto Selection’. Could you try manually selecting a Mudfish node for your item and see if you still experience the same symptom?
