So I’m trying to use this for the first time in ESO - my ping is now actually 3x more than it usually is. How do I fix. I want to see if this actually helps before I spend money on it…
Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.
I did ofc. Tried it again today, both basic and advanced - and getting higher pings than I am without mudfish. Now I didn’t buy any balance, and if that’s the reason then unfortunately I won’t be using this. There needs to be a trial period (even if it’s only like 20mins) so that we can actually see if it works or not.
Also something to note - the basic and advanced node setup for ESO is showing no scores for me, so choosing nodes is basically pointless from that and I’m going with the lowest RTT avg.
So e.g. I went with Greencloud-Aoyou 2, which says 234 RTT avg, but ingame my ping was 400-500 which is 100-200 more than my ping is without mudfish.
