3000 means a packet loss between your desktop and mudfish node. When you get a chance, please try to use WinMTR or Pingplotter to the public IP of mudfish russian servers to know where this packet loss comes from.
Or please try to use other nodes if you can find other routing pathes.
When I checked the IP address of test.gamenet.ru domain, it seems it’s not one affected by game item of Mudfish. Please try to do WinMTR again after applying Mudfish. At least then WinMTR tests will be through Mudfish nodes.
